Training Courses Offered
Course Location
The expertise within Security Administrators Limited Management and supervisory personnel, suitably equip them to offer training courses in their areas of expertise. Our training courses are conducted in the Kingston Wharves Conference Room, located at Kingport Building, Port Bustamante, Newport West, Kingston, Jamaica W.I. This is a modern training facility with state of the art electronic equipment, designed for student comfort and to enhance learning. It also adjoins the modern terminals of Kingston Wharves Limited and Kingston Container Terminals, which comprise Port Bustamante and facilitates practical hands-on training on these facilities.
In addition, special arrangements can be made for courses to be conducted on facilities outside of Kingston and Jamaica.
Our Instructors
Our instructors have a rich diverse background, having worked in organizations such as The Jamaica Constabulary Force (National Police) the Jamaica Defence Force (Infantry and Coast Guard), Private Industrial Security Companies and The Contraband Enforcement Team (CET). Their private sector experience include working with shipping lines, including Seaboard Jamaica Limited, Zim Shipping Lines, CMA CGM and seaports including Kingston Wharves Limited and Kingston Container Terminals at Port Bustamante and other major cargo, container shipping companies and international seaports.
Our experience was acquired through:
• Facility Security Provision and Management at Port Bustamante, the main Seaport in Kingston, Jamaica.
• Specialist Vessel Security in Kingston, Mobay and Port Antonio, and on Zim, Seaboard, CMA CGM and Seafreight Vessels.
• Completing Port Facility Security Assessments and Port Facility Security Plans for several facilities in Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Montserrat, leading to their certification.
• Conducting Training Seminars and Port Facility Security Officer Certification Courses in Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, Antigua and Montserrat, conducting Remotely Operated Under Water Camera certification courses for the National Police.
• Co-ordinating Security Training Exercises, involving seaport facilities and vessels, as required by the ISPS Code, to be done annually at all seaports.
• Confidential Investigations and Pre-employment Screening.
