VideoRay Technology

VideoRays are manufactured using state of the art materials, electronics, optics and software. Sized slightly larger than a football and weighing less than 3.6 kilograms (8 pounds), VideoRay ROVs can transmit high quality underwater video images from depths to 305 meters (1000 feet).  These small ROV systems consist of the submersible ROV, tether and topside controller with an integrated video display monitor. Port and starboard thrusters provide horizontal maneuverability, and a third vertically mounted thruster controls depth. Most models feature heads-up video overlay of heading, depth, date and time, camera tilt and focus, and auto-depth holding capability.
